The company, spearheaded by our founder Mr Albert Tiew has a mission to provide efficient and affordable office document solution equipment for a reasonable price to customers. Over time this has been proven to be the right formula in maintaining the company’s healthy growth. Today we have attained the status as RICOH Premium Partner which enable us to access to wide range of support and resources from RICOH. With the support and training provided by RICOH, we are able to elevate our service level higher to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are proud to be recognized as one of the preferred RICOH MFP providers, and we have expanded our premises even further to a lot with a built up of over 10,000 square feet. As one of the premier copier rental & supplier, our latest working environment has given us the opportunity to set up a showroom with state-of-the-art business communication technologies and a fully functional ‘Live’ network environment, which replicates a typical business setting. This allows our visitors to easily relate and appreciate the effectiveness of our products and after sales services.
Mewamax team consists of over 100 employees, of which more than 40 of them are field experts who have undergone extensive training on RICOH’s products. Our commitment towards the efficacy of the team is reflected by the numerous trainings which our staff are exposed to in order to stay well-versed with the latest trend in technology. All of our employees are well versed with the company’s beliefs, and undergo extensive training to ensure that our customer’s receive the very best that they deserve.
